“Particularly good when it's a windy day and you require just a little more hold to your finished hairdo ! I begin styling with another Wella hairspray "EIMI Mistify Me Strong" which is a lighter hold , then , if windy outside , I spray a small amount of this Wella Performance hairspray across my fringe and front of my head . It holds all day and brushes out completely, unlike other cheaper brands .”
