“Havnt used yet but it’s what my hairdresser uses so should be ok. The wrong product was initially sent and was leaking, contacted Just my look, who sent me a returns label via email, I packaged up product and sent back but had to chase them after nearly 2 weeks as heard nothing, after emailing back and forth I eventually received the correct undamaged product in Saturday, well I say undamaged..the conditioner pump dosnt work!!!!!”

“Bought this as a change from bedhead, lathers really well & conditioner doesn't weigh my hair down. smells nice too Only downside was shampoo bottle was damaged on arrival & pump now doesn't work (& some of the product was lost because of this) Overall though I really like it”

“The best shampoo & conditioner I've ever used. Smell a bit... masculine but I put other products on my hair anyway so that doesn't really matter. My hair looks awesome, so soft and shiny since I've been using Osmo.”
