“Hard to layer on in between coats and guess what? I had panda eyes. I've had better mazzies from 'unknown foreign brands' off ebay. However.. If you want a tubing formula like me, I've found one by the same brand that doesn't leave smears and also washes off with water.. Try catrice better than waterproof.. It's brilliant and layers up x”
