“the shampoo itself it amazing! i put it on my hair for 2 minutes and my hair was pretty much silver/grey and everyone kept asking me if i had had my hair done so highly recommend the product itself, something im not happy with is that the bottle turned up spilt and there was purple shampoo everywhere, JUSTMYLOOK did send me another one but the second bottle turned up even worse! i have cleaned it up and will use it but its frustrating as it has no lid because it smashed during delivery. i would advise them to protect the product a bit better, the bottle comes in bubble wrap and also a bag but the second leak was so bad it had leaked through the bag onto the postman hands!”
