“The shampoo itself I know if good as it's used in the salon I go to. I received my package and it had leaked everywhere I found it difficult to liase with just my look took two days to arrange a plan of action... They sent a replacement eventually and again it had leaked. I haven't bothered to complain again its too much hassle perhaps they need to package their products better for postage”
