“The product was intrinsically good, with variable heat settings. However, I sent it back as it was very heavy and this made it difficult to use on my medium length hair. It would be fine to be used by another person on my hair but to use it myself resulted in me burning fingers! I have always had this brand in dryers and curlers and been very happy with them but this was the first ceramic one and I did not like the weight.”
