“This is just the look I wanted to go with my long Rixo silk Georgia skirt on chilly evenings (which I wear with a sleeveless white blouse) - short, ribbed, boxy, big buttons, a cross between a soft jacket and a cardi.
It looks good over narrow black or ivory Etro trousers too, and the cream colour is lovely against fresh white tops, ivory or black silk blouses.
I double roll the long, slightly wide sleeves to make cuffs at bracelet length, and which allows the sleeves to be pushed up towards the elbow if wanted without bulking up overmuch.”
