“Obviously I really like the dress otherwise I wouldn't have bought it. However, when I bought it on-line I asked to collect it from Zen Wardrobe and when I went to the store to pick it up I was told the dress wasn't there, but at Jules B and that there was no-one in either store to bring it to me.
Another point I'd like to make is about the packing of the dress. It was wrapped in tissue paper, however, the way it was folded was disgraceful, it was folded as if it was a rag and I'm really upset and annoyed about it. It wasn't a cheap purchase, chain stores fold garments better than this.”
