“One won’t close so it impossible to wear them and a complete waste of hard earned money!! Second time I have been dusappointed like this!
First time I couldn’t get an earring to open I was able to get a refund after I had sent them back and the customer service couldn’t open it either. This time I have actually put it in my ear and several people have tried to close it no one can! I shan’t buy from this company again.
All these goods are made in China which means returns are difficult although I returned the previous faulty pair to customer service department in UK.”
