“Extender did not fit the Jon Richard bracelet, and it clearly stated on the website that all the extenders fit all Jon Richard bracelets, so it’s false advertising. I am very disappointed as although the extender was only £1.50 the post and packaging was £4.95 so a complete rip off for an item so small. I am now out of pocket fot the cost of the extender and bracelet. The bracelet I purchased was a gift, so I am very disappointed. And customer service was terrible.”
