“Ordered the Jon Richard Silver Pearl and Crystal Vine Pear Drop necklace for myself and my mam for my wedding day. Beautiful necklace and can't wait to wear it but the only thing that let it down was both necklaces arrived in a small plastic bag and by the time it had reached us via post, the necklaces were all tangled and took ages to get out. Considering the price of these, i would of expected them to arrive in a box at least or something a bit nicer than a plastic bag so it wouldn't get damaged. Was a bit disappointed in this.”
