“I’m sorry to say that I placed my order on Nov 20 and it still has not arrived - today is Dec 22. It is an Advent calendar so if it ever arrives it will be irrelevant. I’m so disappointed. I realize this is not the fault of Joe & Seph’s but rather a problem with the carrier. I expect the popcorn is delishious. The only bright spot has been someone named Alex Power who has replied to my inquires about my order and has offered me a refund for this. I appreciate his help. Thank you.”

“Unfortunately the Advent Calender didn't arrive and I had to chase Customer Services for over 2 weeks (no exaggeration) for a refund. 3 weeks ago I was promised a £5 Gift Voucher as a Sorry/Good Will gesture which I have still not been gifted with. Such a shame that my first experience with them was extremely below par.”
