“Delivery was extremely quick and opcorn bags looked lovely. Unfortunately though the popcorn was not in a 'movie night gift box' as described. The popcorn arrived in just a plain cardboard box which was the one used for posting. I had to use this to present the popcorn in and wrap up. Not really the look I wanted for a friend's present”

“Sadly my main reason for purchasing was the classy Movie Night packaging (as per the photo) as I was buying it as a birthday gift. The products arrived in a plain cardboard box, so I was very disappointed. I called you yesterday to see what had happened. I was informed that the packaging was no longer available. I was promised a return telephone call from your customer services team but did not receive one. If you cannot fulfill an order as represented at the time, then I recommend you contact the purchaser and give them the option to cancel the order rather than delivering a disappointment.”
