“I’m sure the mince pie popcorn will be ok. Problem is I’ve yet to receive it. It seem that the concentration of feedback outweighs actual delivery. Perhaps and probably the feedback is automated to send an email, which is fine, no bother giving comments. Maybe recalibrate delivery then feedback - not the first time with this at joe & stephs. Same same, decent product getting too big , loses control .”
