“Initially the website is not altogether clear about collecting tickets. First you are told to print them off and then you receive e-mails referring to mailing. The video you watch before the guided tour is amateurish and really tells you everything before you go any further. The guide was very knowledgeable but delivered the tour at the most incredible speed. Overall there was very little to see and some of it was actually unproven to belong to Jane Austen. A disappointing visit.”
“I recommend doing the tour before you site see the city. They give you such a great map of all the houses the Jane and her family lived in Bath. The team had so much information and it just makes all the books come alive. Thank you for such a great time.”
