“i was so looking forward to coming to the Jane Austen centre but found it was not what I thought it would be. I travelled up from London all excited, went to the introduction to a display a TV programme of Jane into the room to see her waxwork then to the shop and out. I felt it a waste of time. The waxwork of Jane is lovely and that is the only thing that took the edge off my bitter disappointment. The guide book showing places of interest in the city was at least a good thing as I walked to every place named on the map. In regards to your merchandise please can we have items for men, as we love Jane too.”
“The products I did purchase are rest but I was disappointed that some items such as a tablet cover were out of stock or that items I saw online were not available in the store. I would have purchased more. As I am from Canada and it would have been easier to purchase in person.”
