“Broke a wheel on luggage. Thought I would need to throw it away, but IT luggage sent a replacement that I was above to install myself. It did take months to receive it so I with IT Luggage would stock the usual parts in the US but otherwise I have no complaints!”

“I definitely love your customer service but one thing I like to report is that I only needed one wheel but ordered two just in case .When my husband tried to attach the first wheel was not setting right and than he asked me to bring the second wheel which worked .Had I just ordered one may be it would have not worked .I hope you understand my point .Thats why the four stars”
