“The part took a long time (12+ weeks) to get to the USA but communication regarding the part’s status was great. Victoria was excellent. Although we were disappointed that the black bumper broke off, we were very pleased with the process and we otherwise love our luggage set. Hopefully this was an isolated issue. Thank you for your assistance in resolving the problem.”
