“the replacement process was very good, victoria was super professional and awesome helpful ! only one issues- all replacement wheels does not come with mounting screws and screws are bit different especially sharp but without the pointed tips, after helps from a professional person @ a large hardware store, i was suggested a similar screws with the pointed tips so i trimed off the pointed tips and make it works.”

“The new wheels are perfect. I've had the suitcase for approximately 10 years, and have used it many, many times. Two of the wheels were not rolling as when they were new, and the wheel replacement was the perfect solution. Very easy to install, and I'm glad you were able to supply me with them. The price was great, too.”

“My luggage is 10 yr old and we have been very happy with our world trips over the years. Well, one wheel failed and we needed to replace it. IT was very prompt with solution. I sent requested photos of failed wheel and full bottom. Cost to replace was nominal and we had a good as new luggage in a week or so. IT customer service is great for a nominal sale and knows what customers are. Don”
