“I love how light it is. I have many of these suitcases. I do have to buy a new one every few years because the corners material wear out. I have to put duck tape on the corners. The zipper thread have worn out which is why I have purchased this new one. The price allows me to continue to buy and use IT luggage. Can not get pictures to load down below.”

“this luggage is not the issue but the service I received was. The labeling this as a 28 inch is a misnomer. Your description did not say it was from the ground including the wheels and not the actual dimensions of the outside of the bag. I received the bag and the receipt read 24 inches. When I let the agent in the email know of this she said the 24 inches was the inside dimensions of the bag. Very misleading. Because of this I could return it via fedex for 50 dollars more than the two bags purchase price. the is no USA phone number to call. So not customer friendly. I have used your bags for over 30 years. I usually purchsed them at AAA but saw these on sale. The reason is that one was damaged by a cab driver in Portugal. She did not offer to try to repair it. So much for your willing to assist a customer. nothing more to say.”

“This is the lightest suitcase that I have ever owned. I especially love the placement of the bar that connects to the handle. Because the bar does not run down the middle of the suitcase I was able to pack much more efficiently. I highly recommend this suitcase. The low price is unbeatable!”

“Great lightweight luggage. I thought from the picture it was going to be navy to match my previously bought carryon. It is actually a lighter blue. It's pretty but doesn't match exactly. My fault for not confirming color match but I'm still happy with it. Customer service was great.”

“It’s a scam buying bags from them. I bought 4 bags. All of them too small. Tried to return em but just to ship the bags to cali is over $100 a bag. So they know we can’t send em back once bought. Scammers”
