“I'm really upset with my purchases, that I bought specifically to use for a Ryanair flight. The small underseat bag did not fit in the metal Ryanair box that they make you put the luggage into (because of the handle) and I was made to pay £60 on the spot to go through to my flight. You need to take that it's suitable for Ryanair off the product listing (which is on the photograph of the product) as it's false advertising. I'm guessing Ryanair have changed their dimensions (I bought the bag a week and a half before flying on the 10th Nov 25). Really gutted. I have to either leave the case abroad and not bring it back or pay more money, another £60 on the way home. Meaning that small case will potentially cost me £120 in total charges. Totally absurd considering you advertis it's Ryanair.”

“Was initially very pleased, nice quality, good size which matched my requirements for the airline and arrived quickly as needed in a hurry. Only problem I realised on the day of travel is that the handle doesn’t extend very high at all, I would need to crouch down to use it it’s more child sized, so I had to carry my case throughout the whole trip! Really disappointed, wish I could return as it makes them pretty unusable. Would appreciate customer service getting in touch.”

“I’ve had one of the carry on bags for about 8 years now and I love it! It’s spacious and the wide handle means all my clothes arrive with no creases. I have the same bag to my son and have now bought two more one carry on and one under seat size for my husband and I just in case! The only pity is that the new ones don’t have the computer pocket in the back which I find very useful.”
