“I really wanted to love this it Luggage because it’s so lightweight, but the telescoping handle wouldn't stay in place. I had to return it as it just wasn't functional. I’m still waiting on my refund, so I’m hoping the customer service is a bit smoother than the handle was!”

“Received 2 of the Popstar cabin cases. Having had these previously I can only assume that they are now slightly smaller these days as I have put these and the old one side by side and there is a clear difference. Having said that I am pleased with them and look forward to using them soon. I have only bought the new ones as the handles on my previous ones, have started to come away from the grasp/holder part. They have had a lot of use and served us well so no issue there.”
