I would make a complaint about your service. We order suitcase on Sunday and paid for the next day service which we understood would mean the order would be taken on Monday and expected to arrive next day Tuesday our order suitcases never arrived until Wednesday late we flew out on Thursday so the whole situation was stressful and further more we were charged for next day service £5.99 so effectively you took our money and didn't provide the service promised.
