“I recently ordered an item and, while tracking showed that it was delivered, I never received it. The delivery confirmation photo provided by FedEx did not match my location, which raised my concerns. When I reached out to the customer service team for assistance, I was disappointed with their response. Instead of offering support to resolve the issue, I was given a list of actions to take on my own—such as filing claims with FedEx and checking with neighbors—without any willingness to help with a refund or replacement. It feels like the company is passing the responsibility onto the customer rather than standing behind their service. I understand that shipping issues can happen, but I expected more from customer care in terms of support and accountability. As a result, my experience has left me frustrated, and I cannot recommend this company based on my interaction.”

“Very nice travel backpack. Perfect match for the same style carryon. I love all my iT luggage pieces. They have traveled all over Europe and Australia, no issues whatsoever. This is the lightest weight luggage I have ever found, and it has held up beautifully through lots of trips. Highly recommend!!”
