“It is too big to accept by airlines. I am trying to Return my order from few days and also filled out forms for return but no any communication at US office. Customer service is worst”

“This luggage is very good quality. I just wish I would have gotten the softside because of the weight of the largest piece. I could pack 2 more pounds of clothes with the softside. Other than that, I'm extremely happy”

“The luggage itself is great. I have another 3 piece set in another color and it has survived multiple international flights. The only downside to this set in particular is the picture here in the site looks pre of a gray color, even though it does say silver I didn’t expect it to be this silver and was hoping it was more like listed online of a darker shade. All in all, the durability is great and has a simple yet elegant finish. I would recommend it, especially if you find it for a great deal on sale like I did. Can’t beat it.”
