“I would have liked to enjoy my new luggage but I can not. Because of the inaccurate description. Luggage is not 28" nor does it come with a key or lock. I ordered charcoal gray and got sliver. I tried to return it and received no help from customer service. Needless to say I will not be ordering from IT luggage company ever. This IT company is rude and want to charge a fee for returns when it was their mistake.”
