“This is a reputable luggage company with excellent products. This is the second set of luggage I have bought from them. Although light weight they are durable. The extra set of wheels makes mauverability easier especially in tight quaters. The company backs their warranty and I have been very pleased.”

“Arrived with the pull out handle broken. This indicates poor construction and quality assurance. After sale customer service is very slow to respond - several days. I am waiting nearly a week for resolution (still unknown). If you buy, do so from a source that is resposive to return, refund and replacement. If this is for a trip, (as mine was) the slow response and incomplete resolution may leave you stranded.”

“Pretty piece of luggage but the measurements don’t align with what the actual size of the luggage is. I wanted to return the item to get my money back but I was swiftly told no, per return policy. Who actually thinks they are going need to return such a fine product? I should be able to return it and now I can’t and I loose my money and I will NEVER purchase a product from your website again.”

“With the luggage handle protruding in the middle of the bottom part of the suitcase, it makes the interior space too small for my purposes. And If you order it online and decide you need to return it I had been forewarned by the company I would have to pay for the shipping.What I was not prepared for was that the cost of shipping by USPS was about 50% of the cost of the of the suiticase. FedEx was "only" a littel more than 25% of the purchase price. I wold never again order any IT product off of their website.”
