“here’s what I would like to say about this company. I had one of their pieces of luggage for about two years. The handle broke. I submitted a warranty claim within a couple hours. I had the warranty approved, and I got to pick any piece of luggage from their catalog as a replacement pay a nominal fee of $25 to have it shipped. It arrived here in three days. This is how I got the blueberry superiority 28 inch hardshell. so far the luggage is holding up great this is my fourth piece of luggage from IT would highly recommend even if the luggage was less than perfect the warranty and the people that handle it were outstanding making it a no-brainer choice. The luggage is good. The warranty is spectacular.”
