“The item delivered was smaller. The customer service stated it was the correct size height 28 including handle and width was 19.9 and depth of 11.5 . Actual size sent by pictures and video was 27x 17x10-3/4 Customer service did not reply anymore with my email after they requested a video. I also sent a photo of all requested swing tag , and I told them it look like the tag was tampered The bag is good but the size claiming to be 28 exterior is not. Customer service did not resolved issues and did not give me any options for free return or even replacement”
