“I double and triple checked the dimensions of the trunky for my daughter to have as a cabin case as she could be easily be sat on and trollied through the airport but the dimensions are incorrect and I couldn't use the case as a cabin case. Had a very upset little girl at the airport and I had to pay extra for an extra case”

“Horrible terrible I am so gutted. I placed an order for both the unicorn and blue kids luggage for my children since the 23rd of December 2025 today is 23rd of January. I got nothing. I contacted them 2 weeks ago to track was told they cannot advise on when it will be in stock ok refund for the unicorn and put the blue order through, the unbothered non-empathetic customer service cannot be bothered now I placed another order for the plain pink one for my daughter that same 2 weeks ago and I got it eventually but the blue one never turned up. My son was so upset that his one did not turn up I kept promising him it was on the way. One month it is today nothing still. I then emailed their customer service. Both agents that attended to me none of them thought to even offer an apology I am so appalled to say the least. Never again it's so sad that I have always gotten my children luggages from your company. Since your customer service and business service is nothing to be written home about I am taking my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing...”

“Came across this whilst looking for another similar brand. This one is on another level compared to Trunki. Easy to pull and the wheels are free moving. Loads of storage space for luggage also.”

“It is good that trunkryder luggage works as a ride and luggage which my kid enjoyed a lot. As it is really convienent, and good pockets inside. But it is very tight fit to cabin storage in jet2 planes. I have tried all combinations when it fits lengthwise and it only fits if you slam the cabin storage door. The plane was 737 Boeing. Rear bigger wheels needs to be more towards 360 rotating wheels, I wouldn't be bothered if it is 1-2cm shorter on all directions than this size. Lastly, if it is not fully and when the child pulls it, it generally hits to heels. When my kid was it on, all good no issues at all. When I was carrying with the handle it could be a bit not stable on straight line.”
