“I bought the cow design in a medium sized case. I was kept informed of the delivery details. When it arrived the box was so light I wondered if it was inside! The case looks Beautiful and is the perfect size. The inside is fully lined. This is a present for my daughter and it won't be properly used until summer. I'm happy it has a 10 year guarantee and I hope we never have to use it.”
