“Great case all round and we bought the large and it did not disappoint as it’s massive!”

“I ordered a Stamford large suitcase .. described as 'extra strong'. It arrived quite soon, but with three or four damaged areas. These were impact creases in the outer surface of the case, at which points the dark olive colour had turned pale cream. The case did not look good (!!) and my confidence in its durability was shaken so I returned it. All correspondence with the company is via email but so far this has been reasonably responsive/prompt. I await a refund which I am told, "takes approx 10 days from the collection date." That is quite a wait!”
