“The telescopic handle attachment to the case broke loose (screw fastening the handle to the case broke) on second use. IT Luggage did not cover that within the warranty and blamed the airline baggage handlers. There was no damage to the shell of the baggage so could not understand how ITLuggage customer service concluded this to be a problem caused the airline baggage handlers.”
