“I was actually quite disappointed with my purchase. Firstly it doesn't have a TSA lock which means I'll now have to buy a separate padlock and although "hard" sided, it is definitely not as sturdy as the previous one I bought from you. It looks very smart but is it style over substance? Disappointing.”
