“On my new order, there was a glitch with delivery and I got it a day later after contacting customer service. I am pleased with the quick response/resolve by customer service, I even got my postage refunded because of the delay. The only improvement is being contactable by a phone number. In my case, I could have lost the window for delivery the next day and gone on my holiday without any luggage! A telephone number could make some cases much easier to resolve and it is comforting to talk to a human. A happy ending for me, nevertheless. Thank you.”
