“I used the suitcase last year with no issues. On only its 3rd use the top handle completely snapped off at Birmingham Airport. I have previously bought cheap suitcases that this has never happend once. On returning at Mahon Airport my Mrs pointed out a identical handle to mine lying on the floor, obviously the same thing happened to someone else. I have tried numerous times to upload a photo without joy. Can't find an email guarantee as it was supposed to have a long one. Not impressed.”

“It looks very pretty, not cheap at all! Look wise it’s an outstanding spacious suitcase. It did not have a separate shoe compartment as my other luggages I have had in previous years. It has its locking mechanism which let us down. After just one trip, I found it not working.. only one zip would lock and the other zip wouldn’t.. so over all, if it did not have built in locking mechanism it’s a 5 star suitcase. Since it had its own locking mechanism I expected it to last at least one trip.”
