“The suitcase broke the first time I tried to use it. The expander zipper does not move anymore and it is in a constant expanded state which is extremely inconvenient.”

“The suitcase arrived damaged, deep cut to the outer case (but not all the way through). IT luggage offered a 30% refund which I accepted becuase there was no time to return, or purchase another case before my holiday.”
