“On our way back from holiday when opening our back We noticed some issues with the bag. It had white stretch marks where the bag had been under some stress. The seems the threading was coming apart. Inside the bag the zipped part of the bag was unstitched and frayed away. This was a brand new bag used for the first time. I had to write to It more than 4 times to get the warranty sorted. They said they could not assist on the stressed white marks and the frayed threading. However they gave another bag for the internal zip damage. So a result. However it could have been done quicker instead of sending a mail more than 4 times. I think it was probably due to shift changes that I had to deal with 3 different reps.”

“I am very disappointed that my newly purchased luggage (Legion - Medium Plus) was damaged on its first trip. There was a big dent at the corner of the case. Then adding insult to injury, one of the latches of the lock was deformed during the course of my second journey thus one of the zips was no longer secured when I picked up my luggage. I sent a formal complaint by letter dated 14 March and heard nothing. As a loyal customer, I am extremely frustrated about the quality of the product and the customer service. I give it 2 stars because the pricing was competitive (but it should still be fit for the purpose) and the extendable feature is useful.”
