“The case itself is very good, the shell is strong and the wheels/handles are good quality and easy to use. No problems there. *** BEWARE THOUGH: *** the integrated combination lock is not fit for purpose. The setting of the combination was easy, worked fine and engaged with the zip as expected. After collecting the case after a flight "on the very first use", we found one of the zips had dislodged from the combination lock in transit and could no longer be used (the zip doesn't engage with the lock any more). One of the key selling points of it luggage cases is the 10 year warranty, but we discovered in the small print that this doesn't include combination lock damage, or strangely any damage at all while the case is in transit (the primary use-case of a suitcase??!!) regardless of whether this is due to inadequate parts or not.”

“We recently bought four medium IT Luggage Legion Plus suitcases and have been thoroughly impressed. They fit an incredible amount, are very sturdy, and glide effortlessly – super easy to manoeuvre even when fully packed. The build quality feels solid and durable, exactly what you want for travel. Customer service was also excellent. I accidentally ordered too many suitcases, and they arranged collection and a refund quickly and efficiently – no hassle at all. Highly recommend both the product and the company – a great experience from start to finish.”

“First use and one of the black protector blocks came off. Contacted customer support to be told that warranty does not cover baggage handling or airlines.”
