“I am extremely disappointed with IT LUGGAGE. I paid for express delivery because I had a flight, but my suitcase never arrived — only a luggage scale was delivered. I had to buy another suitcase myself before travelling. Despite multiple emails, I have not received my full refund, no proper apology, and no real resolution. Very poor communication and unacceptable service. I cannot recommend this company.”
