“AVOID THIS SUITCASE. The suitcase zip had broken after the first time I had used it (this was one day after I purchased the suitcase). I contacted IT luggage for a replacement or refund and they said that they were not liable (even though it had only been a week since purchasing the suitcase). They finally agreed to send a replacement zip but had NO instructions on how to replace the zip. Poor customer service. Never buying from here again.”
