“As with other case I was happy with everything apart from when I got it home after our holiday one of the zips had come out of the lock, this will now no longer work. I know that cases take a lot of punishment but I didn’t expect it to break on the first trip.”

“had issues with delivery not being updated properly and expected them on 2 occasions but never arrived so affected plans. the suitcase where nice despite the scratches on it maybe from handling and transport because the box are damaged but since will need suitcase for trip, wont have time to get it changed.”
