“Fundamentally good product, well priced and better than branded stuff at same price point. BUT. Externally fixed 'gear' like handles, locks and IT badge stick out too much. They are prone to damage and mine got damaged on first short haul flight. Comared to American Tourister (much more expensive) who streamline externals into side of case so they don't get knocked. A small design tweak would fix this.”
