“I paid extra for fast delivery and one my cases was damaged. The customer service I received was one of the worst I have experienced. No phone number. Stock copy and paste responses to logged tickets. Being told that once my case was refunded they would deduct £5. No replacement sent. Had no choice but to order another and pay for fast delivery again Getting my refund and the battle to refund the delivery charges is not going to be easy”
