“I am SO disappointed with this one. Having just used it for overnight travel, and with a plan to use it often, I cannot help feeling like I threw my money away. I expected both sides of the suitcase to be of equal depth, just like with all other hard shell suitcases. Well the left side (the one with the front pocket) is very shallow meaning that I cant fit very much into the suitcase without it getting completely bulky, thus making the front pocket a tight fit for a few electronics that I want to store in it. If I want the front pocket to close properly at all, I need to put nothing on the left side, which means I've paid to only be able to use half a suitcase.”

“I didn’t keep the item because it was too heavy and bulky for me, the colour and look wasn’t to my taste, not for that price. The front zip pocket is a handy feature though.”

“Unfortunately I received a totally different product from what I ordered. I received the model without the laptop front pocket. I’m waiting now for the courier to pick up the wrong item that was sent and then they should be sending me the correct item I originally purchased AFTER they receive the wrong one. Such a very long and complicated process to get what you’ve already purchased.”
