“I’m a fan because you make the lightest luggage in the world. I bought this to replace my previous bag—which I loved—just because airlines beat it up! My daughter didn’t care; she was happy to get it! Plenty of space for long trips and strong enough to protect your belongings and souvenirs! I’m looking forward to using it in October.”

“We purchased IT softside luggage for a long trip to Europe several years ago. The luggage was extremely lightweight which gave more room to pack for the long trip and stay within airline weight limits. That luggage lasted for years and dozens of trips both within the U.S. and abroad. The luggage is extremely versatile and solid. We got 7 years out of the original luggage and when it was time to replace there was no doubt that we were choosing IT luggage again.”

“Hard to review an order that never actually shipped. Waited ten days with no word on shipping then requested to cancel. Asked for discount to be honored and was basically told no. Then received a notification that package was shipped and delivered but there is no actual package. All in all a terrible experience and without the luggage I wanted for holiday travel”
