“Design and fabric quality is nice, but the built-in lock on the side of the suitcase does not work. Suitcase also topples forward when at 19kg.”

“Whilst this luggage looks beautiful it is really bad design. Unlike usual, the suitcase is not in two halves but rather 1 side with a lid. Not really a problem for packing but when closed and stood up, it kept falling forward and was unbalanced on his wheels due to poor weight distribution. I hated travelling with it and could not leave it out of my hand as it would fall over. Furthermore the lock covers are rubbish grade plastic and it snapped when it fell over before I even left home with it. Poor product, lock broke within minutes of use, bad design and such disappointing service from IT I would definitely not recommend this set to anybody for these reasons and will definitely never by IT luggage again, especially directly from IT”
