“I was keeping the review till after the use. I bought the soft case set in December 2023 and was planning to travel to my Home country near new year. I feel so happy and content with this luggage deal!!! The bags are amazingly sturdy and spacious. Throughout the journey non of the bags gave me any inconvenience (despite me keep heavy load on them and even sitting on one of them while travelling in train) I must commend the company as they surely did live up to their word of saying they have tested it in hard conditions. I hope it keeps working well in my future travels Thanks again ‘it Luggage’ for the amazing deal.”

“Don't bother getting it a waste of money! Not for long term use more like a one time use suitcase. Disappointed, need to now waste more money and buy new ones these are no longer any good. It initially came with marks it was defective and the customer service was useless and rude. After this just doing 1 trip merely 2 days after receiving the suitcases the state of it was messed up as the quality was really bad looks so scruffy and disgusting. I only travelled to one country yet and this is the state of it imagine when I go to the other 2 destinations I have next week. Don't buy it ! Save your money. I would add pictures but each time I upload then it doesn't let me submit it.”

“One outing so far. The medium case did well on a flight and coach trip to France. It’s very smart and I love the side pockets so I can pack extra things at the last minute.”
