“The case itself is very nice, it’s the lock which is supposed to be a special feature which lets it down very badly, I would have sought a reduction if I had needed to purchase another item but as it is I don’t need another case at this time, I just hope that the case is up to my next trip in September albeit the lock will still be broken, I can still use it, but it falls well below the standard I have come to expect from you”

“I would rather have 2 outside zip pockets and this one need to have the zip turning around the corner so that it is easier to get things out. The way the closing zips work I haven't yet got the knack of how the the loose pull part works to easily pull fastened or undone.”
