“Having been a loyal customer of IT luggage for many years, I have bought many cases due to the ergonomics and quality of the items. My earier cabin cabin has lasted me several years with many many trips. Eventhough it is still working it has started to show its age by the way it has started to lean and with a full load is unable to stay upright. For this reason I searched for its successor. This Enduring Cabin bag was the same specification with a expandable option including a TSa lock which my earlier ine did not have. Sadly after the first trip, it seems to be wobbling and some of the wheels are not running true. The outer case cover has also started to sag. Maybe it is just a bad batch or the newer designs are lacking in quality. I will look at having it repalced as it is only 2 weeks since I purchased. Such a shame as it is making me doubt buying again considering the competitors.”
